หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต (เข้ากะ)

• Supervise/coordinate production efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affected EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
• Facilitate team development and growth, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution.
• Drive safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards.
• Monitor product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with troubleshooting and solving production issues.
• Establish good relationship among teams.

Our shift schedules are as follows:

1. 08.00 - 16.00: work 6 days with 1 day off
2. 16.00 - 24.00: work 6 days with 2 day off
3. 24.00 - 08.00: work 6 days with 3 day off

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-5 years in any experience in management role or supervision experience in heavy industry will be an advantage.
• Background as Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Supervisor is preferred.
• Can communicate in English 
• Energetic, displays leadership, decision making, strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently, good analytical skills and eager to change and improve.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced and changing working environment.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude and self-learning.
