Engineer Intern Student - Rayong Plant (4-6 months)

Position:

• Hot End Process Engineer Intern (Rayong Plant)

• Work in Process Engineering with focus on Glass Forming Process, Annealing Process and Glass Cutting Process
• Support the design and development of production processes to increase efficiency in glass production (Project)
• Participate in the inspection and testing of various processes to find ways to improve the process in each step
• Work with the engineering team to develop new methods of production and improve technology in the glass production process

• Analyze the Forming Process, Annealing Process and Cutting Process to find ways to improve efficiency and safety
• Help follow up the experimental results and collect test data related to various processes to provide accurate information for decision making
• Help inspect and evaluate the performance of machines and equipment in various processes
• Prepare experimental reports and analyze the results from the production process
• Follow the factory's safety and quality standards in each process

Expectations:

• Dedicated and responsible for assigned tasks Including being proactive in learning about each part of the glass production process
• Able to work with the engineering team to improve the production process and help solve problems that occur
• Comply with safety standards in the factory and every step of the production process
• After the internship, there is a concrete project and development of real work experience

• 3rd or 4th years student in Materials Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramic Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in Thai and English and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Able to work in hot work environment and height conditions.
• Ability to use measuring and testing equipment such as hardness testing, tensile strength testing
• At least 3 months period to is required to complete the internship program.
