Job Purpose:• HR & GA Experiences at least 1 year
• Strong handling VISA, Work Permit, and 90 Days Report
for foreigner staff. (Experienced for Non-B Visa, Non O Visa &WP only)
• Contact various government and any agencies (Revenue,SSO,DBD)
• Assist all of Human Resources and admin full functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling VISA, Work Permit and 90 Days Report for Foreigner staff. (Non-B Visa,
Non O Visa &WP)
• Assist all of Human Resources and admin duties such as Checking Time
attendance,Recruitment, Office Supply, Company Activities
• Time Attendance and Checking OT
• Supervise and control Drivers teams and maid.
• Responsible for compensation & benefits, Employee’s birthday and company's
activities.
• Ordering office equipment, Wi-Fi, Printer, Arranging car for staff and car's
maintenance.
• Basic accounting and Coordinate with accounting firm.
• Other tasks as HR & Admin Manager's assignment
