Business Development Specialist
PULLEY ASCENT (ASIA) PTE. LTD.- Conduct prospecting calls and research to gather key account details.
- Use tools (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify challenges and generate qualified leads.
- Build relationships with accounts to keep solutions top-of-mind.
- Qualify prospects as marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for sales teams.
- Follow up with prospects for nurturing via phone and email.
- Process inbound leads from phone and web inquiries.
- Collaborate on local campaigns and events with the sales team.
- Maintain Salesforce.com and provide weekly MQL forecasts.
- Participate in meetings to monitor performance and training needs.
- Ensure data integrity for customers and prospects.
- Verbal Communication: Strong skills for engaging decision-makers.
- Writing Skills: Proficient in business writing with good grammar.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and LinkedIn experience is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B IT/telecom; 3+ years in telemarketing or telesales.
- Language Skills: Being fluent in Thai and English is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or associate degree in business management preferred.
Deliverables/Success Measurements:
- Sales-Ready Leads: Number of leads generated and accepted by sales.
- Appointment Quality: Percentage of valuable appointments set.
- Pipeline Value: Total value from leads passed to sales.
- Forecast Accuracy: Accuracy of sales forecasts against targets.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: Fixed salary component.
- Variable Compensation: Based on sales-ready opportunities and resulting pipeline value.
