Job Description:
� Manage on site projects and monitor daily progress of work
� Liaise with contractors on work scope, work progress and schedules
� Able to carry out project budgeting, negotiate and provide solution to achieve good quality and profitable project
� Verify all dimensions on site against drawings
� Co-ordinate with Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure efficient, timely delivery of goods and quality focused
� Able to work independently and well under pressure
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma holder in Architecture/ Building/ Quantity Surveying or related fields
• 2-3 years of relevant experiences in retail/ corporate offices/ renovation industries
• Mature, dynamic and aggressive individual who is able to work independently and as a team and results oriented
• Ability to interact and work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Only experienced candidates will be considered
• Applicants with more experiences will be considered for a managerial position
