หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
-ประสานงานโดยตรงกับลูกค้าเพื่อจัดการการขนส่งจากต้นทางถึงปลายทาง
-วางแผนการจองรถขนส่ง, พิธีการศุลกากร และรายงานการขนส่งในแต่ละวัน
-ประสานงานและจัดการผู้รับเหมาช่วงทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศสำหรับการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
-ทำงานร่วมกันภายในองค์กรและกับสาขาต่างประเทศในงานประจำวัน
-ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งและอัปเดตให้ลูกค้าทราบ
-ดำเนินการยื่นใบขนสินค้าเข้า
-ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ลูกค้าสำหรับค่าภาษีล่วงหน้าและค่าบริการ
- Coordinate directly with customers to manage shipment delivery from origin to destination
-Create a daily plan for truck booking, customs clearance, and shipment reporting
-Coordinate and manage both local and overseas subcontractors for daily operations
-Collaborate internally within the organisation and with overseas branches for day-to-day tasks
-Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers
-Submit import entries
-Issue invoices to customers for advance duty and service charges
-สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในทุกสาขา
-มีประสบการณ์ 0 - 3 ปี ด้านบริการลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมขนส่งหรือโลจิสติกส์ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
-มีประสบการณ์ตรงในด้านโลจิสติกส์ข้ามพรมแดนหรือพิธีการศุลกากร (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
-สามารถจัดทำเอกสารศุลกากรนำเข้าได้
-มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางถึงดี
-มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับปานกลางถึงดี
-Bachelor’s degree in any field
-0 - 3 years of experience in customer service within the transport or logistics industry (new graduates are welcome)
-Direct experience in cross-border logistics or customs procedures (advantageous)
-Ability to prepare import customs forms
-Fair to good interpersonal skills
-Fair to good proficiency in English
