- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and other safety regulations while staying updated on relevant laws.
- Organize safety training, guide PPE use, and educate employees on emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce safety policies, create response plans, and conduct emergency drills.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE, track safety metrics, and prepare reports.
- Work across departments to address safety concerns and clearly communicate procedures
- Certified Professional in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good command of English
- Deep understanding of occupational safety, health, and environment laws and regulations in Thailand
