หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data for internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and marketing teams.
Provide actionable insights to improve business performance, efficiency, and customer engagement.
Support pricing, underwriting, and risk assessment by analyzing customer and claim data.
Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to enhance decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytics processes.
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Understanding in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel advanced, and CRM systems.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive business growth.
Communication Skills Strong ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner.
Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Teamwork & Collaboration Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
