หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Manage and oversee the overall accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxation and fixed assets.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and the Revenue Department to handle audits and any tax inquiries.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the annual budget preparation process, working with related departments to develop budget plans and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budget, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks.
Review and enhance accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Supervise and develop the accounting team, providing training and ensuring all team members maintain CPD licenses.
Ensure all financial records, documents, and processes meet regulatory requirements and company policies.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Active CPD license holder
Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and Thai tax regulations.
Proven experience in monthly/annual closing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industries is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is a plus, especially for companies with regional or global reporting requirements.
