Marketing Manager

- Execute initiatives supporting business goals in content marketing, CRM, creative, etc.
- Conduct marketing reports to derive actionable insights and enhance corporate image.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on internal communication matters.
- Lead marketing activation initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Plan and execute product training sessions and develop product communication materials.
- Organize and manage event activations and coordinate channel communication marketing efforts.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- At least 7 years of experience in overall marketing with heavy focus on internal and external communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record designing and executing successful external and internal communications campaigns at both a local and national level, with a strong network of media contacts in the region.
- Exposure in other areas of marketing will be highly beneficial, such as content marketing, social media, etc.
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both traditional and digital media interviews. Having a tech and SEA-exposure background is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadline pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
