- รับผิดชอบในส่วนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก จัดซื้อ-จัดหาทั้งภายในและนอกประเทศ
- เปรียบเทียบราคาจาก Supplier มีความรู้เรื่องต้นทุนการนำเข้าทั้งจากทางน้ำ ทางอากาศ
- ดูแลสถานะของสินค้านำเข้า การนำส่งสินค้าให้ทัน Deadline
- ดูแลประสานงานกับแผนกขาย และ ธุรการขาย เพื่อส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้าตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตและทีมคลังในการผลิตสินค้าและการตรวจเช็คสินค้า ตรวจนับ Stock ประจำเดือน การขนส่งสินค้า และประสานงานกับ Forwarder/Customs Broker
- รับผิดชอบงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการจัดซื้อ/จัดหาทั้งหมด เช่น ใบ PR, PO ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Invoice, Packing List, Form E
- ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อสื่อสารได้ดี
- อายุ 28 - 35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท
- ประสบการณ์ 3 - 8 ปี
- Good command of English
- ERP and MS office
- Negotiation, Analysis, Problem Solving
- Leadership, Service-mind, Management and Flexibility
- Driving License
