- Design and develop efficient production procedures. Analyze and plan workflows space requirements and equipment layout
- Ensure product and process quality by designing test methods. Finished product testing and process capabilities
- Document processes and operating instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce production costs. Increase efficiency improve sustainability and maximize profits
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and other staff. regarding production capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations To facilitate the production process
- Troubleshoot new or existing product issues related to design, materials, or processes.
- Master degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years experience .
- Experience in chemical liquid process / water process / solvent process.
- Fluently in English with TOEIC > 700 with proven paper or IELST 6.0 up.
- Good presentation skilled.
