- ควบคุมดูแลงานด้านก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ออกแบบและคำนวณ ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้าง
- ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ผู้รับเหมา ผู้ออกแบบ และเจ้าของโครงการ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาโยธา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานก่อสร้างอาคาร อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม ระดับภาคีวิศวกร สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านงาน M&E ได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
