หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • Provide premium technical support to secure product wins and offer ongoing support for existing products and customer programs. This includes designing customer ESL templates, maintaining test environments, and performing other IT support tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Hanshow regional team on system installation, upgrading, migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Understand customer requests thoroughly and maintain close communication. Handle customer complaints regarding product issues, follow up with internal improvement countermeasures, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work alongside project managers to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to customer technical support requests.
  • Use various test equipment in the lab to diagnose customer issues, debug, validate solutions, and explore design ideas.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop value propositions and promote relevant application strategies, aiding customer design-in processes.
  • Develop a proficient understanding of the ESL system to make informed decisions and balance cost considerations with customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer service quality reviews.
  • Provide technical training to customers and local partners.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Graduating in 2024/2025 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiar with basic network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent language and expression skills; proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to engage in customer communication.
  • Possess project management skills to drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • A driving license is preferred.
  • Working location: Bangkok, Thailand.
