1. Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including the release of recruitment information, screening resumes, interview arrangements;
2. Responsible for the company's training work, including the development of training plans, organization of training courses, assessment of training effectiveness;
3. Responsible for the company's employee relations maintenance work, including attendance accounting, employee file management, employee labor disputes;
4. Responsible for the company's payroll and welfare management, including the development of payroll and welfare policies, implementation of payroll and welfare payments, regular payroll and welfare audits;
5. Responsible for the company's administrative management, to assist the manager to complete other tasks.
