หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Manage & Control Solvent Paint production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality and safety requirement.
Ensure to plan the production of goods to meet the needs of customer and delivery on time as customer required.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive seamless operations.
Strong knowledge in Solvent Paint/Coating manufacturing process would be a plus.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer, or related field.
Proven minimum 5 years experience in a production management role, ideally in Coating Industry, Chemical Industry, or related field and at least 2 years in management Level.
Strong knowledge in processes manufacturing.
Enthusiastic, Initiative and be able to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
Good knowledge of computer software e.g. Ms. Office, SAP etc.
