หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

Plan monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with product launches and seasons (e.g. Newborn collection, Mother's Day, etc.)

Create and manage social media calendars and ad campaigns (FB, IG, TikTok)

2. Content Marketing

Develop engaging content tailored to parents (short videos, product photos, reels, stories)

Coordinate with graphic designers/photographers for visual assets

3. Performance Marketing

Run paid ads across Meta, Google, Line, and TikTok platforms

Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and optimize ads for ROI

4. eCommerce & SEO

Update product listings, descriptions, and promotions on online stores

Improve SEO rankings and discoverability of products

5. Community & Influencer Engagement

Build relationships with parenting influencers and micro-creators

Manage Line Official and direct customer interaction channels

6. Reporting

Weekly and monthly marketing reports on key metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROAS

คุณสมบัติ

* Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field

* 1–3 years in digital marketing (baby/kids/fashion a plus)

* Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
* Creative thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, loves kids’ fashion

* Team player, open-minded, curious to try new digital tools
