หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Telesales & Sales coordinator (1-year contract and renew)

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (target: 80% calls per day).
Manage and update the digital platform for logistics and freight forwarding (e.g., pricing data).
Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure seamless workflow.
Assist customers with registration for the M1 membership program.
Schedule appointments between clients and the sales team.
Prepare and submit weekly reports every Friday.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, logistics or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Strong communication skills in Thai and English
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms).
At least 3 years of experience in logistics-related roles (e.g., Air Freight, Sea Freight, Express Delivery).
