1. Job role
- Sales Operation Coordinator
2. Job Description
- Sales result reporting.
- Implementation of price adjustments for customers and system input.
- Verification of order forecast quantities with customers.
- Accounts receivable management support.
- Execution of payment procedures.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
3. Required Skills
- Excel skills (Preferred advanced skill), Word & PPT (intermediate skills), SAP
- Male or Female.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting Filed or so
- Working experience as a document operator
- Advanced computer Excel skill is preffered.(Minimum intermediates excel skill (Sum ifs, Vlookup, etc), SAP and etc.)
- Performs tasks diligently and makes few mistake
- Proficient in English communication, including speaking, listening, and writing
- TOEIC score 500 or above is preferred
