Main Skill
- Knowledge about mold & die components
(single, compound, progressive, fine blanking, and injection)
- Able to prepare related engineering document independently
(PPAP, FMEA, ISO9001:2015, IATF16949)
- Able to follow up project and make it smooth
- 0-5 years Metal Stamping, Blanking, Injection Operation will be an advantage
Sub Skill
- Injection Molding Design
- Autocad, 3D software knowledge
- Able to communicate in English

The Company will have Fine Blanking Machine and One Hydraulic Presses, capacity range from 250 Ton to 1000 Ton. TAAL believes in harmonious business environment and sincerity in dealing with business Associates and all Stakeholders.

The Company's philosophy is to deliver the Components in fully finished conditions at the Customers delivery
point with the innovative capability in post fine blanking operations such as grinding, machining, forming and
specialized techniques.
The Company Mission is to be an enabler to the Customers in design of the components during initial stage of
product development including support on technical development.
Highest level of quality control and regular monitoring of Customers satisfaction.
