Warehouse Officer (Location in Navanakorn Workshop)

• Manage the return of production tools from staff to the workshop.
• Inspect tools and maintain them in optimal condition.
• Oversee finished goods in the workshop after confirmation by the production team, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
• Arrange transportation with external companies for delivering goods to customers as per job orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store goods in the warehouse, updating inventory in SAP.
• Manage stock materials based on job orders from production or sales teams, using SAP.
• Report to the supervisor when inventory levels are low.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and generate reports using SAP.

• Thai national, male or female, 26-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with SAP systems for warehouse management.
• Familiarity with industrial products.
• Certified to operate a forklift.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and across departments.
• Ability to adhere to workplace rules and procedures.

Working location: Navanakorn Industrial Estate
