CS Export Officer

• To receive booking information from customer
• Check and advise vessel schedule to customers.
• Monitoring vessel space allocation with Forwarder and carrier.
• Updating weekly vessel schedule.
• Coordinate with tank team to receive tank allocate and update to customer.
• Deliver tank certificate based on customer KPI.
• Booking space with carrier, booking amendment and send Booking Confirmation to customer.
• Submit Shipping Instruction to carrier, issue DG application and submission on time.
• Manage all communication with customer, Shipping liner and related parties.
• Manage all export documents for customs formality and customer such as AWB, B/L, Invoice, credit note and etc.
• Provide any necessary documents for overseas agents after vessel departure.
• Control and monitoring on Export process including job registration, documentation, custom clearance, trucking, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents from beginning to end on document support, costing and sailing schedule.
• Keeping good relationship with Customers, Tank owner, Overseas Agents, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Customs Broker and Trucking companies.
• Ensuring vendor invoice correct and settlement of payments on time.
• Input-Output Billing & Payment data, Issuing Invoice, Payment Voucher
• Issue invoice and completed document to customers.
• Follow up and update shipment status to tank owner, including vessel arrival at destination, empty tank returnable to destination depot and issue demurrage invoice.
• To perform other duties as assigned by superior.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or carrier industry.
• Have knowledge for ISO tank process.
• Good working knowledge in computer software applications including E-mail, Excel, and Word.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate efficiency with suppliers and customers.
