Key Responsibilities:
• Lead packaging development for new product launches and line extensions.
• Optimize existing packaging for cost savings, sustainability, and performance.
• Conduct packaging feasibility studies, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to explore new materials and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in food packaging development, preferably in food manufacturing industries.
• Technical Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of food packaging materials (plastics, paperboard, flexible films, etc.).
o Knowledge of barrier properties, shelf-life extension, and food safety regulations.
o Experience in packaging testing, validation, and qualification.
o Familiarity with sustainable packaging trends (recyclable, biodegradable, lightweight materials).
• Project Management:
o Proven ability to manage multiple NPD (New Product Development) projects from concept to commercialization.
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot packaging-related issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Experience working with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
o Ability to coordinate packaging trials and production line validation.
• Regulatory & Compliance:
o Understanding of food contact regulations (FDA, EU, local standards) and compliance requirements.
o Awareness of sustainability development and sustainability trend
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and communication skills.
o Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
o Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Capable of identifying packaging problems and providing effective, right solutions.
o Creativity & Innovation – Brings new ideas, designs, and technologies to improve packaging performance and consumer experience.
Working Location: Minburi (Bangkok) / Mahachai (Samut Sakhon)
