1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including Notes to Financial Statements, in compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards.
2. Review intercompany and related transactions and elimination transactions (RPT BS, RPT PL and Elimination Entries) in order to comply with accounting standards and financial reporting standards in preparing consolidated financial statements and coordinate with GL team to clear any variances and prepare the related transactions for disclosure to support AC presentations.
3. Prepare the related transactions for disclosure to support AC presentations.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that accounting information is accurate and complete to prepare the consolidated financial statements successfully as planned.
5. Analyze and investigate any abnormal items and identify existing issues or may occur in the near future and assess the impact on the consolidated financial statements preparations.
6. Support accounting closing and accounting management on financial deliverables & regulatory reporting as needed.
7. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate a smooth quarterly and annual closing process.
8. Handle ad-hoc financial requests as needed to support business objectives.
