E-Commerce and Digital Solution (Team Head Level & Senior Level)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and high operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing
- Analyze data from eCommerce and digital channels to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for growth and ROI.
- Work closely with product and IT teams to implement digital solutions that improve customer experience, such as mobile apps, payment systems, and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets for eCommerce and digital initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to support digital growth.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years (Team Head Level) and 2–3 years (Senior Level) of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the food, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing eCommerce platforms and digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and eCommerce best practices.
- Experience in implementing digital solutions and technologies to enhance user experiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and with external partners.
