Major Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process from searching, interviewing, selecting and onboarding process
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures
- Manage the recruitment team with the reports on its performance
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods such as recruitment via social media and High Profile Hunting method
- Manage job advertising options
- Perform job assessment and reviews
- Male or Female
- Bachelor ‘s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or Organization Psychology or any related fields
- Dedicated team player with positive mindset
- Strong experience with recruitment/ Human Resources process
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English
