Senior Training Officer
Solar D Corporation Co., Ltd.- Conduct regular training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads and managers.
- Identify gaps in skills and competencies across various teams to develop appropriate training programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended learning).
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and assessments.
- Customize training solutions to align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
- Facilitate training sessions using effective delivery methods to ensure knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage and monitor logistics for training events, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Track and monitor employee progress and performance improvements resulting from training initiatives.
- Partner with external training providers, consultants, and vendors as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive training calendar and ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Manage training budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in training and development.
- Propose innovative training solutions and recommend learning tools that enhance employee engagement and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and team members.
- Act as a resource for managers and employees in training-related inquiries and professional development planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools/software.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, CPLP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
