• Plan and manage the after-sales service process to meet company standards and goals.
• Supervise and develop the service team to ensure professional customer service.
• Improve and optimize service processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage the budget for service operations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems and solar energy.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and English communication.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
