• Plan and oversee production processes to meet targets and quality standards.
• Develop strategies and policies for efficient factory management.
• Manage resources, including raw materials, machinery, and personnel, to optimize production.
• Ensure product quality meets standards while minimizing production waste.
• Control production costs effectively without compromising quality.
• Promote workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Procurement, Engineering, and Production Planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and resolve issues in the production process efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
