BISP Teachers are expected to facilitate high quality learning in line with our definition - 'High quality teaching and learning at BISP is facilitated by secure subject understanding, effective planning, differentiated practices, response to feedback and student agency. It also prioritises a positive learning culture, cross-curricular skills, and recognition of achievement.'

In line with the school's mission, values and vision, the purpose of a teacher at BISP is to:

+ Deliver high quality teaching and learning

+ Collaborate with other teachers to develop and update the curriculum

+ Monitor and evaluate student progress using a range of assessment strategies

+ Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic progress and social development

คุณสมบัติ

The qualifications and attributes are essential as below:

- Genuine enthusiasm and dedication to fostering the holistic development of each student.

- A bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the teaching specialism, complemented by qualified teacher status or equivalent.

- Hold a Thai teachers licence.

- At least 2 years of experience teaching your specialised subject(s).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.

- A firm commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.

- A willingness to go above and beyond the duties outlined in this job description to add energy and inspiration to our school community.
