Job Descriptions
Contact routing : customers, factory, Japan BU, Sales team
1.Directly contact to customers...mainly for government/ state enterprise/ private company
>to approach the Smart City product
>to monitoring and update all issues which will effect to Business up / down / lost / win
such as demand, competitor status, market, forecast, order, delivery, quotation, payment, price issues etc
2. Market research to the potential customers in Thailand and visiting (one day trip or overnight)
>to find the government/ infrastructure projects and understanding about the TOR requirement
>visiting customer to approach and expand more business ,new project development
provide visiting report and monthly topics to Manager and team in the same day
3.Communicate with Partners
>to find any new opportunity and collaborate /support to build the projects until finish
>to update weekly and monthly status such as the projects progressive, pending issues, action plan etc.
4.Summarizing and review business status as below
>the number of Sales plan (twice a year)
>sales estimation, forecast (twice a month) then find the action to achieve target
>verify the root cause/reason of Sales result (up/down)
>keep update /report overall business status to the team
5.Internal communication
Bangkok sales team : customer service, products coordinator and other involves persons to update customer status and
support all issues which related to the business
Japan team : Sales, Business unit, products Manager, application engineering to update R&D status,
customer demand, sales plan, estimation, price etc.
Factory : Production, Logistics , Engineering, ,Accounting, legal ,and discussion closely to meet customer requires
1.experience a few years in the government and infrastructure project or related field
>Basic Lighting knowledge about the outdoor lighting, Good Communication and negotiation skill , Service mind
>Proactive action, high responsibility, Conscientiousness..
2.English_TOEIC score min. 600, Japanese communication is advantage
3.Microsoft office operation
>Excel : Daily Need basic excel formula knowledge and attitude to study more
>PowerPoint : Can create material and do presentation by English
> Word : Basic skill
4.Others : Company provide, mobile ,notebook, transportation when visit to customers
5.working time : Sharply start 8.00am – 17.30 pm,
>Saturday working 1-2 days a year (based on company calendar)
