General Ledger (GL) Accountant to Specialist (Supervisor to Assistant Manager Level) for SleepCity, King Koil, Thailand (Sleepwell Group).

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Review and post journal entries related to expenses, inventory, and assets.
  
  

• Reconcile expenses, bank statements, and fixed asset registers.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with Sleepwell, ensuring alignment across financial records.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile payments with bank statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Resolve discrepancies between payment records and bank transactions.

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper depreciation and disposals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock movement, variances, and reporting.
• Work closely with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory records.

• Manage payments for expenses through online platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook) using credit cards.
• Process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
• Monitor and manage advertising expenses for online platforms, ensuring proper classification and accountin

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a GL or accounts payable role within companies handling modern trade, retail, online, and OEM sales.
• Proven experience reconciling accounts in multi-entity organizations and handling online advertising expenses.
• Familiarity with tax regulations, including WHT, PND1, and VAT (PP30).
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and online payment tracking.
• Strong reconciliation skills for payments, expenses, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, fixed asset management, and online advertising platforms.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent in Thai and Good in English Communication
• Work for manufacturing or company selling goods (Preferable)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with marketing, logistics, and finance teams.
