General Ledger Management:

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Review and post journal entries related to expenses, inventory, and assets.

Reconciliation Activities:

Reconcile expenses, bank statements, and fixed asset registers.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with Sleepwell, ensuring alignment across financial records.
Monitor intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reconcile payments with bank statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
Resolve discrepancies between payment records and bank transactions.

Fixed Assets and Inventory Management:

Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper depreciation and disposals.
Oversee inventory management, including stock movement, variances, and reporting.
Work closely with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory records.

Accounts Payable and Payment Processing:

Manage payments for expenses through online platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook) using credit cards.
Process payments to vendors, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
Monitor and manage advertising expenses for online platforms, ensuring proper classification and accountin

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years in a GL or accounts payable role within companies handling modern trade, retail, online, and OEM sales.
Proven experience reconciling accounts in multi-entity organizations and handling online advertising expenses.
Familiarity with tax regulations, including WHT, PND1, and VAT (PP30).
Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and online payment tracking.
Strong reconciliation skills for payments, expenses, inventory, and fixed assets.
Knowledge of inventory accounting, fixed asset management, and online advertising platforms.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent in Thai and Good in English Communication
Work for manufacturing or company selling goods (Preferable)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with marketing, logistics, and finance teams.
