Location: Rayong, Thailand
Salary: 65,000 – 85,000 THB
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to facilitate equipment installation and plant setup.
• Provide technical expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Project for design and project management tasks.
• Make informed decisions to drive project success, addressing issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders, providing feedback and ensuring alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and eliminate risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain flexibility to work on-site and travel abroad as needed for project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in leading engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of international work culture and global project dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capability.
• Solid understanding of technical systems and project management tools.
