Location: Bangkok, near MRT Phra Ram 9 Station
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee sales programs and related projects within the automotive sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Implement change management strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct negotiations and facilitate communication across all levels of customer organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Project Management within the automotive industry is required.
• Familiarity with Change Management, 4M changes, ECNs, and process changes.
• Knowledge of PPAP, PSW, and ANPQP is a significant advantage.
• Excellent English communication skill, proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable personality to handle a wide variety of activities and interfaces at all organizational levels.
