• Be responsible for all QA activities and operations to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Management of employees of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
• Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
• Moreover, provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates.
• Fix and decision-making when in trouble during operation.
• Troubleshoot in-coming, and in-process until out-going processes, and improve the process to increase the job efficiency.
• To communicate with the client to confirm the quality to meet their expectation
• Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for QA members
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
• Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern
• Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained
• Conduct QA audits, customer audits, and Quality risk analyses at the production line
• Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
• Manage documents and reports which is needed to submit to the client
• Perform other tasks as assigned by JP management
