• Oversee office and admin task to ensure smooth operational support.
• Manage all office supplies and keep inventory of orders.
• Liaison with office landlord
• Coordinate with IT Singapore, Local outsource IT to ensure office IT smooth working including staff company iPhone arrangement.
• Office purchasing with supporting from Purchasing Department
• Support all Office events which not related with Communications Team such as plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
• Manage guest and visitor accommodation / transportation
Executive Assistant
• All business trip arrangement for Country Manager
• Expenses claim for Country Manager
• Manage meeting schedule
• Lead assigned special project, team gathering and make report
• Prepare presentation for the assigned topic.
