- Oversee the supply chain process, including customer orders, ASN, DN transmission, and EDI.
- Manage shipping processes, import-export operations, and coordination with customer orders and logistics.
- Control KPI and budget to ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee transportation management, including the Milk Run system and delivery time tracking.
- Supervise shipping and material control operations.
- Manage warehouse operations, including FIFO system, inventory control, cycle counting, and WMS development.
- Conduct 8D problem analysis and apply 5Why methodology for issue resolution.
- Oversee forklift operations and logistics duties, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Implement and monitor APQP, operational standards, procedural standards, work instructions, Q-Point, and check sheets.
- Prepare reports for the Manager and GM in Japan.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or a related field.
- Age between 35 - 45 years.
- Extensive experience in handling Tier 1 automotive parts customers (Toyota, Honda).
- Over 10 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of TPS, Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, MRP, and Milk Run systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with international standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Expertise in Core Tools, Risk Management, D-SFM, Q1, QCC, CCCF, Safety protocols, 8D Report, and 5Why analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
