Location: Bangkok, MRT Rama 9
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 THB
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders into the system.
• Verify pricing details with the Country Sales/Pricing department.
• Ensure accurate posting of orders in the system and send order acceptance confirmations to customers.
• Create delivery notes in the system and coordinate with the warehouse for product deliveries or confirm shipments with the plant or forwarding company.
• Manage operations with transport service providers, verifying and resolving delivery discrepancies.
• Ensure timely communication and documentation for customer shipments, invoices, and shipment records.
• Support credit management by addressing overdue invoice disputes as necessary.
• Manage returns of product in the system, ensuring accurate payment deductions with financial department support.
• Ensure effective and friendly communication with customers to maintain satisfaction.
