Location: Rayong, Thailand
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB
Working Hours: 6 days a week during the greenfield phase, with alternate Saturdays in later phases.

Job Summary:
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a greenfield project phase, contributing significantly to the establishment of new facility.
As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions related to administration, tax, payroll, and CAPEX for new project. You will coordinate with project teams, manage project finance activities, and ensure compliance with local tax laws and company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Administration and Project Finance:
o Manage the accounting and bill passing activities for CAPEX, payroll, and general administration.
o Review and approve bills related to project costs and services, ensuring timely and accurate payment requests for all stakeholders.
• Tax and Payroll Management:
o Oversee the accounting and compliance for various taxes (VAT, WHT, Customs, etc.) and payroll associated with the project.
o Ensure timely processing of payroll and preparation of tax payment requests.
• Coordination and Compliance:
o Collaborate with the project team and other departments to ensure system integrity, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strong internal controls.
o Prepare monthly management reports and ensure all financial processes align with corporate policies and external audit requirements.

คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting or an MBA, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in project and plant finance.
• Experience in a reputable manufacturing company, with a strong background in project accounting.
• Proficient in CAPEX accounting and tax compliance, with robust knowledge of internal controls and SAP software.
• Excellent English communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to corporate and plant environments.
