SAP Project Manager (Project Implementation)
This role is responsible for the effective implementation and management of SAP systems within a manufacturing environment and driving continuous process improvement.
- Manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP modules.
- Ensure SAP system alignment with business needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve system issues.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Provide training and support to SAP end-users.
- Develop documentation and training materials.
- Utilize SAP data for reporting and analysis to support strategic planning.
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage SAP and process improvement projects from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Project management experience is an asset.
