• Control and supervise the sourcing and ordering for MRO, Packaging and BOM material
from local & import sources
• Have sound knowledge of Import/customs clearance activities and duty/tax structures and
incoterms
• Should be expert in sourcing of various types of Feedstock Oil and coordinate with various
petroleum & Petrochemical refineries
• Should have sound knowledge of Oil pricing Indexes, Ocean freight markets.
• Responsible for CAPEX purchase and cost effective vendor’s development, vendor’s
assessments and development of existing vendors
• Procurement and service contracts negotiations
• Ensure timely processing of PR/PO, deliveries to satisfy the internal customers, ensure
proper delivery lead time for all materials
• Responsible for developing and maintaining records of acceptable sub-contractors
• Able to prepare various MIS and handle all ISO, customer and supplier audits
• Control, organize and train sub-ordinates in the department
• Able to meet stretch targets
• Male or Female, Age 30 - 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Chemical/Mechanical engineering from a reputed university
• Good in problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Procurement-Supply Chain Area, have experience from
petrochemical or refinery would be advantaged.
• Able to communicate in Thai & English language (both verbal & written)
• Ability to relocate to Angthong according.
• Have knowledge of SAP, ISO standards, Supplier audit
