Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) - Automotive Industry

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, etc.).
- Identify and prospect new clients within the automotive industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product development, engineering, marketing) to align customer requirements and product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales management within the automotive industry (precision electronics or automotive components preferred).
- Strong understanding of automotive electronics technologies and market dynamics.
- Established network within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
