• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Familiarity with optics or semiconductor wafer production.
• Proficient in both Thai and English.
• Strong practical experience in mechanical and experimental tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in processing materials such as lithium niobate or quartz.
• Expertise in grinding, polishing, and high-volume slicing using industrial saws.
• Understanding of thin film coating processes for metals or dielectrics.
• Experience with automated cleaning systems.
• Competence in developing manufacturing systems that integrate manual and automated processes.
• Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD software.
• Effective project management capabilities.
