- Conducted quality inspections and ensured compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Utilize measuring instruments to assess product quality and detect deviations.
- Interpret technical drawings to verify product specifications and tolerances.
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve quality processes.
- Identify and investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Report customer complaints and quality-related problems to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Prepare reports on inspection results, quality trends, and corrective actions for management review.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of statistical processes and quality control methodologies.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
