- Set up and control yearly working plan and department budget.
- Control, manage, eliminate risk in company. (Hazard identification & Risk assessment program)
- Analytical factors that may induce risk or the violence effect in company, including to review the management of changed with concerning department.
- Identify the factory process that may induce environmental effects including problems of environmental pollution control (Air emission, Water pollution, Industrial waste) and set up the suitable to manage them under the legal.
- Define requirement of safety, risk chemicals, hazardous substance, and environment legal in compliance with the company, including maintains dialogue with Government Agencies.
- Coordinate with concerning government (DIW, IEAT, WHA etc.) of high potential issue about safety, environment, risk chemicals and hazardous substance.
- Set up company emergency plan, define the emergency team and set plan for emergency exercise in yearly periodical.
- Review and set up important training programs concerning with safety health and environment for the employees.
- Set up safety and environment program to motivate employee’s awareness for best practice in safety and environment issue.
- Analyze and investigate root cause of non-conformity, accident or incident and potential danger, including perform the preventive / corrective best solution with concerns department.
- Manage and maintain the security system in company, including controlling the performance of Security Guardsman team.
- Control and manage training employee / subcontractor about HSE regulations, work permit, topic concerned HSE.
- Perform other safety work as assigned by the employer.
- Report summary of performance and found problems with solutions to executives for acknowledgment.
