1. Developing productivity improvement plans and implementing them throughout the organization
2. Coaching & Manages team and assigns tasks to engineering , Mechanic and technical personnel.
3. Coordinating with ME departments to ensure that equipment is repaired when necessary, materials are available when needed, and costs are monitored
4. Accountable for budget, staffing, and residential controls business operational results
5. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing costs, increasing revenue,
Providing guidance to subordinates to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and perform their jobs effectively
Education : Industrial Engineer or Garment Engineer.
