Asset Management Manager

• Collaborate with various business units to ensure adherence to the Energy Efficiency Plan and Policy.

• Analyze asset portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of asset improvement policies to enhance value and returns.

• Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations.

• Determine appropriate pricing strategies for resale assets based on market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance metrics.

• Proactively address and resolve routine issues related to asset performance to ensure optimal operation and minimize risks.

• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to a new joint venture and/or existing on-going projects

• Review and management contractual terms specific to renewable energy projects, such as warranty clauses and performance guarantees.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in an Asset Management.

• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles, renewable energy technologies, and energy conservation strategies.

• Experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency plans and policies.

• Ability to conduct energy audits and feasibility studies.

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong Microsoft office skill (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English
