- Provides technical advice and support in use, configuration and solve of operating system, hardware and network systems and peripheral equipment various and user.
- Assists users on head office, distribution center, and stores, both remotely and in0person, todiagnose and resolve problems, escalate when necessary, and documents problem status and action taken.
- Performs preventive maintnance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs on a variety of computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshoots server systems and network
- Performs other related as required
- Knowledge about Network/Server/Cloud Management , Microsoft Office , Remote Software , End User Support , Application Installations
- Bachelor's Degrees
- Previous IT Support experience is essential
- Experience in IT infrastructure architecture, computer system, servers, and networks
- Experience with Windows and MAC OS Operating systems
- Knowledge and skill sets to install, configure, maintain and support PC, networks and server
- Expereince with emerging technology, such as cloud computing, desktop virtualization and unified communications
- Flexible and reliable worker, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
