• Analyze price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices.
• Raw Material planning with MRP for imported parts.
• Customs process for importing parts.
• Negotiate with Suppliers to achieve added value, reduced risks, and increased predictability for the company.
• Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery
• Proven history of effective supply management
• Select and evaluate new suppliers and follow up on new parts for the new model.
• Registration of new supplier and unit prices for the in-master system.
Reporting
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company Pronto system.
• Supplier evaluation and DIFOT report
• Past due parts follow-up report
• Male or Female,
• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree from any field
• Experience in a purchasing role at least 3 years especially for cost reduction and MRP systems
• Material planning skill and purchasing import process
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or TS16949 is an advantage
• Solid understanding in multinational manufacturing environment
• Good communication, presentation, influencing and conflict facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• English language (spoken & written) mandatory
• Computer and accompanying software literacy and capability
• Ability to present and to communicate concepts effectively
• Strong organizational and time management
